Postage Calculations are based on weight and location. Orders valued over $1000 will require a signature on delivery. Shipping does not include insurance. If you would like to insure your order, please place your order by phone.
International Shipping
When placing orders from outside of Australia, select your country, press update, and ensure you select the international postage option. If the International postage option is not selected, there will be a delay in processing your order.
All orders are shipped within 5 working days (usually within 24 hours). In the event an item is not in stock and shipment is delayed, we will contact you within 48 hours to notify you. If you have not received an order within 10 business days (20 days for international), please notify us by email at: [email protected]
If you would like something shipped via another method (eg courier), please call to place your order.
Refund and Returns
Your satisfaction is our first priority at Weber Performance Carburettors. If your item is faulty upon receipt, we will gladly refund the item or replace it free of charge. All returns are subject to us receiving the item back within 7 days of the purchaser receiving the goods. Items must be returned with their original packaging and, unless they were damaged prior to you receiving them, must still be in an unused and saleable condition. If you wish to return the goods as you have changed your mind, we will gladly credit the amount towards another purchase, otherwise a 20% restocking fee will apply.
Calibrated Parts (jets, emulsion tubes, venturi etc)
Due to the nature of use of calibrated parts in Weber carburettors, we do not offer return or exchange on these items.
