Payment methods available are;

Direct Deposit, Credit Card (Visa and Mastercard) & Cash

Your order and credit card details are safe and secure. We do not store credit card details. Credit card information is provided directly to the Weber Performance Carburettors payment gateway (ANZ). Credit Card details provided are encoded in Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology, an encryption protocol that protects data as it travels over the Internet.

Your Account

You agree to take responsibility for the safekeeping of your user name and password. You are liable if your user name or password is used by an unauthorised person. You agree to release and indemnify Weber Performance Carburettors in connection with any use (whether authorised or unauthorised) of your user name or password. Weber Performance Carburettors may suspend or cancel your account at any time without prior notice.

Warranty

Lynx Weber P/L trading as Weber Performance Carburettors offers a 12 month warranty on all products from date of purchase. In the case where the manufacturers warranty is for a longer period, then this longer warranty period will be followed. As these are specialty products, a trade professional should be used for the fitment and calibration to ensure a successful outcome. We take no responsibility for the improper fitment or duty of care in fitting and or calibrating the supplied products. We limit the warranty to the cost of the product only. We are not liable for any labour for diagnoses, fitting or refitting. Any freight costs for the return are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Ownership of goods

Goods will remain in the ownership of Lynx Weber P/L trading as Weber Performance Carburettors until the invoice pertaining to the goods is paid in full including and shipping charges.

Lynx Weber P/L trading as Weber Performance Carburettors reserves the right to refuse sale of goods and services with or without reason.

Uncollected Goods

In the event payment for services is left outstanding for a period of longer than 120 days, Weber Performance Carburettors may retain the parts and/or sell the parts to recoup costs of services rendered. Weber Performance Carburettors will make every attempt to contact the customer to notify of this intention.
