Complete Conversion kit to suit Chrysler Hemi 245 & 265 Engines.
Optional extra of complete rejetting to Charger E-49 Specifications (40mm choke, 4.5 aux venturi, 145 main jet, 170 air corrector, F2 emulsion tube, 55F9 idle jet, 45 pump jet, 200 needle valve) These calibrations are slightly different to the original jetting specifications to allow for the changes in modern day fuels.
Our triple 45 DCOE Weber conversion to suit the 265 Hemi engine is the best quality, and best value for money kit available on the market. We supply only top quality linkage components and our own optional extras such as genuine bakelite spacers to dramatically reduce heat transfer into the carburettors. We only use the 152G model carburettor with 4 progression holes which gives a superior transition from the idle to main circuit.
Kit comprises of the following;
3 x 45 DCOE 152GÂ Weber Carburettors
1 x Lynx (new for 2025) triple DCOE Weber manifold. This manifold has many improvements including; equal size, shape and length runners, sand "printed" moulds meaning absolute accuracy and finish and full CNC machining including port internals. The manifold dimensions are the same as the factory 6 pack manifold so the carburettors will sit in the same position within the engine bay.
1 x Triple DCOE Billet Linkage kit (KC950) - kit supplied with 1 x LH levers & 2 x RH lever.
3 x manifold stud kits
6 x base gaskets
The Hemi 6 engine does not require flexible/soft mount mounts. The 6 pack option was supplied with solid mount carburettors from the factory.
