We ship daily with Australia Post. In most cases, orders are shipped within 24 hours (excluding weekends, public holidays and closures). Postage Calculations are based on weight and location. Items are shipped without insurance. If you would specifically like to insure your order, please place your order by email or phone.
All orders are shipped within 5 working days (usually within 24 hours). In the event an item is not in stock and shipment is delayed, we will contact you within two business days to notify you. If you have not received an order within 10 business days (20 days for international), please notify us by email at: sales@weberperformance.com.au
If you would like something shipped via another method (eg courier), please call to place your order.
International buyers please note that import duties, taxes and other charges are a buyers responsibility.
On occasion we may be closed for longer periods. Orders placed during these closures will be shipped upon our return.
Lynx Weber P/L trading as Weber Performance Carburettors offers a 6 month warranty on all products from date of purchase. In the case where the manufacturers warranty is for a longer period, then this longer warranty period will be followed. As these are specialty products, a trade professional should be used for the fitment and calibration to ensure a successful outcome. We take no responsibility for the improper fitment or duty of care in fitting and or calibrating the supplied products. We limit the warranty to the cost of the product only. We are not liable for any labour for diagnoses, fitting or refitting. Any freight costs for the return are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Lynx Weber P/L trading as Weber Performance Carburettors will allow unused products to be returned at the discretion of Weber Performance Carburettors, where the goods are returned to Weber Performance carburettors in new and resalable condition and proof of purchase is supplied by the purchaser. Any tampering, attempted repair or modification to our supplied product (unless prior authorisation has been made) will void warranty.
Weber Performance Carburettors will offer a complete refund or exchange where the products or goods have arrived at the customer’s location in a damaged condition. If your order has arrived incomplete or missing items that have not already been discussed with Weber Performance Carburettors, you have a 10 days window after receiving the goods to make a claim that this has happened.
All returns are subject to Weber Performance Carburettors receiving the item back within 10 days of the purchaser receiving the goods (20 days international). Items must be returned with their original packaging and, unless they were damaged prior to you receiving them, must still be in an unused and saleable condition. If you wish to return the goods as you have changed your mind, we will gladly credit the amount towards another purchase, otherwise a 20% restocking fee will apply.
Shipping is a not a refundable fee on returned goods. Returned freight costs is the responsibility of the customer.
Due to the nature of use of calibrated parts in Weber carburettors, we do not offer return or exchange on these items. Please order carefully.
